Created in 2005, under the high sponsorship of SEM Ismail Omar Guelleh, Djibpharma is the first Djiboutian pharmaceutical laboratory for the production of medical solutions and injectables.

This injectable production unit is under the supervision of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS).

Djibpharma is located in the free zone (adjacent to the Coca-Cola factory) of the Port of Djibouti.

With more than 16 years of experience, the Djibpharma laboratory has become the benchmark for the Djiboutian pharmaceutical industry. A laboratory specializing in the manufacture of injectable solutions and sterile water for medical use. Djibpharma is equipped with all the advanced technologies necessary to guarantee the quality of products according to European standards.

Since this unit came into being, the Djibpharma team has been committed to providing Djiboutians with a product equivalent to European products. This is why Dr Moustapha, the first director of the unit, had established a strong and fruitful collaboration with the first French laboratory for the production of injectable solutions: in this case the AGUETTANT laboratory.

Djibpharma is a group of qualified Djiboutian professionals, trained and authorized in the industrial manufacture of injectable solutions. And above all a team committed and dedicated to guaranteeing the quality of the product, from the choice of raw materials to making the product available to patients, including all stages of the manufacturing process. Seriousness and constant monitoring of quality are the main values ​​of its staff.

Rigor and high standards are the values ​​of its managers. A requirement in the achievement of the set objectives and a rigor in the seriousness and the concentration to the accomplishment of a quality work meeting the standards of the international benchmarks to which we refer. These are, in this case the European Pharmacopoeia in force, the GMP good manufacturing practice guide and the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
